Open Parties are held during regular open play hours. Your guests may come to play anytime on the date of your event and you will have use of our private party room for 1.5 hours.

Includes:

  • Play Pass for 12 children ($14 each additional child)
  • 1.5 hour use of private party room (guests may also play in play area before and after party)
  • Accommodates up to 18 children + 18 adults
  • 3 dining tables including linens & 2 tables for food setup
  • Dedicated staff member to assist with setup, service, and cleanup

Story Time with Gail - All Ages 3

On Monday mornings we will be offering a special story time with Gail for all Play Haven guests. Gail is a longtime childhood educator, teaching preschool at the JCCSF for over 20 years. No additional charge to participate. Just bring your imaginations!

Music and Movement with JAMaROO Kids

During this class, students will sing traditional children’s songs and learn many new ones. They will have the opportunity to play with a large variety of simple instruments including tambourines, cymbals, maracas, triangles and different types of drums. Students will also interact with puppets, use rhythm sticks, bean bags and streamers. Many of the activities in this class will promote cognitive development through the use of numbers, colors, shapes and letters.

Through movement, children will work on coordination, balance, flexibility, strength, spatial awareness and positive body image through fantasy play and games. Activities will help children to develop fine and gross motor skills. The goal of this class is for each child to find their own pleasure through music and movement while being exposed to different styles of dance and music from around the world.

Music Time with Tyler: All Ages

Tyler is the founder of Sunset KIDS, a children's music company offering interactive classes to get kids moving, dancing, and appreciating music. Classes start with guitar based sing-alongs, and offer hands-on experience with rhythm sticks, shaker eggs, and other instruments. The focus is on gross motor skills, fine motor skills, rhythm, alphabet, colors, and shapes. Kids can’t wait until it’s time for music class with Mr. Tyler.

This play based approach to children’s yoga is taught through fun and imaginative games, songs, exercises and stories. We will incorporate all the essential components of yoga: relaxation, breathing, attention, concentration, physical consciousness and movement. Toddler yoga is a voyage of discovery in which each child can develop at their own pace. Exercises and games are aimed at coordination, motor skills and increased body awareness.
